Friday 13th Nightmare workout on Slater Street!!!!

Welcome to the Friday the 13th workout!!! Here is what all our X-Train members will be facing today:

1600m Run, 30ball squats, 10 step-squat burpees, 30pull up's
1200m Run, 30ball squats, 10 step-squat burpees, 30pull up's
800m Run 30ball squats, 10 step-squat burpees, 30pull up's
400m Run, 30ball squats, 10 step-squat burpees, 30pull up's!

The winner will be announced next friday! GOOD LUCK!
