Food tip of the week - Rice!

Swap brown rice for wild rice.

Wild rice has 10 times less carbohydrates, less calories, more protein content, 4 times more vitamin E and twice as much fiber than brown rice!

it is more expensive and does take quite a while to cook but with so many health benefits we think its worth the wait!

Success Story of the week - Atul Patel lost 2 stone in 3 months!

Food Tip!

It's okay to eat healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, avocado and cream cheese. You just got to know how!

Remember: never eat fats with carbs. Your body converts them to sugar and you keep craving more. Eat healthy fats with vegetables or over proteins and you will feel full! Delicious!

X-Train Challenge! A huge sucess!

Another successful X-Train competition took place at Abbey Sports & Leisure in Leicester on Friday 1st April 2011! We would just like to say a great big well done to all participants and a big thank you for all your friends and families support.
