Fri 13th challenge RESULTS; A massive well done to all X-Train members who were brave enough to take part!I am pleased to announced the winner; 3rd place Neelam-30m37secs. 2nd place Mandy-30m35secs. In first place was Joe Pratt smashing it at a whopping 28m57secs!WOWEE! Also like to commend Nayen, Sarah Fletcher, Nadeem and Odette who were the next 4 with record times! A big congrats to Mandy who is officially our fastest female X-Trainee yet! Cannot forget our all time X-Train True CHAMPION, Rendall Munroe smashing the workout in 25m13secs! Well done all! It just shows;you need to X-Train to RUN, Not RUN to X-TRAIN!
